Colliers International is a company which houses offices worldwide. Primarily dealing in commercial real estate, Colliers' Vancouver office also brokers a variety of island and unique recreational properties.

Brethour Island is a 46-acre property between the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island in British Columbia with a current asking price of more than $9,000,000.

Colliers wanted a brochure to present to potential buyers which would truly showcase the natural beauty and many features of the island and its structures.

CFX used a variety of landscape, aerial and structural photographs to allow the reader a well-rounded glimpse into life on Brethour Island.
