in a marketplace saturated with larger competitors,
it was essential to develop the University Mobile
web site with the end-user’s experience
as our first priority. We wanted to ensure that
the purchasing process was intuitive and required
as little effort as possible for the customer.
To
integrate the web site with the printed
collateral, we incorporated the
taglines and
images designed for direct mail pieces onto
the home page to attract users to the message
of the service’s features and benefits.
The steps required to select a phone, plan
and enter payment information were kept as
streamlined as possible to ensure ease-of-use
for the site’s users. The end result
is a site that catches attention and enables
the user to purchase as quickly and easily
as possible.
